I have noticed improvement whilst he is within the room. The filters are still very clean, the machine and adapter does not burn even when its operational 24/7 and its a quite little piece sittig in a corner doing its thing.

I bought this product pretty late but as the saying goes, "Dair aye darust aye". The product is pretty good and it has a decent size. My mom is a patient and staying in one room on a bed daily isn't safe especially the amount of air pollution that gathers in the room. I can't find better value for money in the market. I have been using it for three months now.
Living in Islamabad, pollen allergies are common. Moreover, with a large flat complex under construction near our home, dust is also an issue. And this filter works great with both problems. It is more powerful in terms of cleaning capacity with a large HEPA filter and two fans (which makes it a little noisy for my wife's liking). The way to use it is to start at high speed for about an hour and it will clean the room. Then run at low speed for the rest of the time, and that reduces the fan-noise significantly for a good night’s sleep.
I have not changed the filters yet after three months use. My recommendation would be to change the pre-filter more often and it would improve the quality of cleaning and increase the life of the main HEPA filter.

I have been using this air purifier for the past 3 years, and it has been of immense help in dealing with my asthma and nasal congestion problems. Before I comment about the product, I would like to tell for the sake of awareness that it's a evidence study that indoor pollution level is almost always much higher than outdoor pollution level (https://www.iqair.com/newsroom/how-does-outdoor-air-pollution-affect-my-indoor-air-quality). So we need to be aware of this unknown fact.
As far as the product is concerned, it's the best buy in this price and works exactly like the much expensive ones. When I first installed it in winter season, indoor air pollution was around 300 and outdoor was around 140. And withing 15 minutes indoor air quality started improving as was checked by meter. So I would highly recommend it for the safety and health of children and elderly people in the home.
